PFLAG Johns Creek is announcing a new initiative to provide financial assistance to LGBTQ+ individuals, including parents of LGBTQ+ children/youth, to help them through a difficult financial time. We will be providing a gift of money to be used toward basic living expenses (food, rent/mortgage, clothing, medical care) or toward any mental or physical healthcare or needs related to being LGBTQ+ (therapy, transition expenses, etc). We will be using money donated to PFLAG Johns Creek for this purpose as well as a small amount of funding from our group.
