She founded a practice called Queermed that specializes in affirming health care and hormone therapy for the transgender community. Dr. Lowell will discuss: • how to better understand the gender expansive experience • expert opinions regarding when and how best to transition if desired • best medical care standards and approaches for individuals who decide to transition • what to expect during medical transition We will leave time for Q&A after her presentation.
