She has recently started a new practice called Queermed that specializes in affirming health care and hormone therapy for the transgender community. Dr. Lowell will discuss the latest science of transgender and the long term effects of transition. We will leave at least an hour for Q&A after her presentation. PLEASE NOTE: Our regular scheduled support group meeting will meet as usual in Room #322, during this same time as the education event, for those who need support or wish not to attend the education event.
